My name is Eliza and this year I have the great honour to welcome you all to MUNOB as the Secretary General.
Politics, diplomacy and international affairs are domains which have always intrigued me and somehow all the MUN experience acquired so far has offered me precise answers to the question of how problems taking place halfway around the globe can have a strong impact on our lives, our countries and our communities, making me realise how important these subjects are for explainig the way our world functions.
Personally, I think that a conference is about challenging and motivating people to learn new things and to work together towards achieving a final goal, as the ultimate satisafaction is assuredly unbelievable.
That being said, along with an extraordinary team of both students and teachers, we are committed to putting all our best efforts into making this year’s edition of MUNOB an unforgetable experience for all the people involved.
I am already looking forward to meeting everyone in April at MUNOB 2018!

Regardless of it being my first year in this position, I am determined to provide you with an unforgettable experience and ensure that you will have something to look back on.
MUN conferences are unique not only for their heated debates and obvious purpose in exploring international affairs, but also for making new friends and memories. Putting everything into perspective, the common ground for everyone engaged in this conference is defined by hard work, dedication and mutual understanding.
As for myself, I am passionate about photography, reading and Biology; in fact, learning a little about everything. I am thrilled whenever I meet new people which is why I’m looking forward to this year’s MUNOB. See you there!

Hello people reading this. Hi.
My name is Teo Moscal and I worked alongside with the other Housing Managers in order for you to have a good ( although I hope great) time while being hosted for MUNOB 2018. You’re welcome.
I like MUN, obviously, and I also like theatre or any kind of theatrical or artistic performance. These two hobbies turned passions of mine make so much sense together, because I feel as if playing a role that I have to build up, get comfortable with and fully understand, every time I am a delegate in any conference. Actually believing that the faith of a country lays in your hands gives you that much more determination to come up with the best ideas and solutions you can produce, and the fulfillment, when a resolution is passed, is that much greater.
Besides these things, I like music, a lot, and I am quite pretentious when it comes to it. The world is messed up and I aggressively complain about it. All. The. Time.
I am a dog person, but I have a cat.
PS: Enjoy the conference !
Ana Maria Iancu
My name is Ana Maria, I’m 17 years old and a student at Mihai Viteazul National College. I love long walks on the beach, an active debate and making new friends. I am very passionate about MUN in general, so I cannot express in words how exited I am.
I am very grateful to be able to participate in such a wonderful conference, and I hope that everyone will come to love MUNOB as much as I do.
Hello, fellow delegates! My name is Teo and I am a student at “Mihai Viteazul” National College, the hosting school. This year I will be part of the organising team of MUNOB 2018 for the first time as one of the three Housing Managers. Last year I was a committee staff member and I fell in love with MUN conferences, so I decided to apply as a delegate, too. I aim to make this experience memorable for all host families and also for the delegates to have a nice stay in Bucharest. See you soon, delegates!
Hi everyone! My name is Ioana, I’m a student in the 11th grade at the hosting high school, and this year I have the pleasure to be part of the organising team as a Housing Manager. My goal is ultimately to revamp the MUNOB housing experience. As for me, I love travelling, meeting new people and making new friends. Thus, I am looking forward to meeting you all and hope that this will be an unforgettable experience for you!
It seems like the hardest questions to answer is: who you are? What do you like? Am I the only one how thinks that? Hope not. The are so many things I could say but nothing comes to my mind. It is like my thought and my memories hide behind my brain , running from me. I’m gonna spend some time catching them and I will get right back to you.
Ok. I have got something.
I’m a small, 16 years old girl, who’s passioned about trying new things. Actually, I like the world “new” in general, even if it means new subject at school, new haircut, new glasses or new breakfast idea. Life is more interesting this way, more unforeseeable. I like to think of myself as the sporty type, I try to always be energetic, to keep moving forward and to do my best. But most of them all, I like challenges. This is how I ended up being part of the sponsorship management team. It is a bit frightening, indeed, but this is exactly what makes it even more rewarding in the end.
Besides from the word “new” and challanges I have an enormous passion for food, any kind, video games, street dancing and hip-hop music.
The ending sucks, but give me a break, a have my term paper tomorrow.
Greetings, delegates! My name is Razvan, I am an 11th grader at the hosting school and I may say that my dream came true since I’m part of the organising team of MUNOB 2018.
One of my hobbys is history and when I entered highschool I was searching for an extracurricular activity where I could do something with it so I decided to try MUN. I was amazed that it wasn’t only about history, it was also about economy, persuasive speaking, humans’ rights etc. Nevertheless, every conference means more that that. It means meeting new people, making new friends and living unforgettable experiences. I like to name this the charm of MUN.
Besides history and MUN, I also like travelling and team sports. I’m looking forward to seeing you all gathered and the conference started.
